        Predicting Workload for Critical Staff

        We helped a social services organization to better understand the intersection between policy, process, resource allocation and service level risks. Our team combined extensive stakeholder engagement, and comprehensive data collection with proprietary algorithms to deliver a workload prediction and resource allocation product.

        Finding Causes for Service Failures

        We pinpointed the source of service failures for a multi-million dollar service organization.  Our team applied machine learning techniques to decipher millions of lines of unstructured service logs to identify the root causes for critical service failures.

        Simplifying Customer Experience

        Purchasing commercial insurance products required customers to complete an extensive questionnaire with more than 80 questions and still required an in-person follow-up to provide a quote. We reimagined this customer experience and delivered a machine learning based model that simplified the questionnaire to less than 5 open-ended questions while providing > 60% of customers with real-time quotes.

        How to rapidly process and analyze thousands of documents in near real-time? In less than 3 weeks we provided a proprietary application based on natural language processing algorithms to quickly redact and accurately theme thousands of submissions in various formats.
