Deetken is delighted to welcome Stephanie Pamplona to the team. Stephanie joined Deetken as a Consulting Intern after completing her MA in Economics at Simon Fraser University (SFU). At SFU, Stephanie worked as a teaching assistant and taught microeconomic theory to undergraduate students. She also worked as a research assistant, studying the impact of the use of masks and other policies/initiatives related to the COVID-19 pandemic. Prior to completing her MA, Stephanie worked with a student-led consulting company, where she completed a number of external projects for small Brazilian companies.
Stephanie was born and raised in Rio de Janeiro and is fluent in Portuguese and English. She enjoys watching sports and playing tennis. She also loves cooking and spending time with her family and friends.
