Dara brings over 20 years of experience supporting complex transformations across the public and private sectors. She specializes in senior stakeholder engagement, strategic initiatives, alliance and vendor management, and leading organizational change. Dara brings a pragmatic, outcomes-focused approach to policing and public safety engagements.

Galib Bhayani, M.O.M., M.S.M. | Policing & Public Safety SME

Galib has over 30 years of executive policing experience, including serving as a police chief and RCMP Chief Superintendent. His expertise includes strategic planning, risk and crisis management, and community safety across diverse and complex organizations.

Jason Laidman, M.O.M. | Policing & Public Safety SME

Jason brings over 30 years of executive-level policing and public safety experience, including senior operational leadership, labour relations, and governance. He has held leadership roles with the West Vancouver Police Department, the Victoria Police Department, and, most recently, served as Acting Chief of the Nelson Police Department.
