Deetken is delighted to welcome Mike Simpson to the team. Mike is joining Deetken as an Associate. He has a BSc in Economics and Statistics from the University of New Brunswick and an MA in Economics from the University of British Columbia. Mike is passionate about development and environmental economics and is particularly interested in finding creative ways to apply machine learning to contemporary problems. He has experience working as a business intelligence analyst for J.D. Irving, a diverse group of performance-driven enterprises.
Outside of the office, you can find Mike on extended hikes, climbing, or travelling to exotic places.
